I’m loving this style of class! My Cards & Coffee class boasts a more relaxed atmosphere, focused on social connection and crafting. With some papers, inks, stamps, and punches we are creating some fun cards, and having fun doing so! This months theme was based around the Sale-a-Bration freebie stamp set A Touch of Ink.
Card design inspired by Stefanie Droop, Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator.
The first card was made using the Oh So Ombre 6×6 Designer Series Paper for the background. This is pack of paper has fun colours in it – Granny Apple Green, Rococo Rose, Bermuda Bay, and Blackberry Bliss – and has either a plain ombre pattern, or a ‘dots’ ombre pattern.

We stamped the sentiment and then punched it out using the Everyday Label Punch. To create the layer behind the sentiment we simply punched a piece of the Blackberry Bliss ombre Designer Series Paper and then used Paper Snips to cut it in half in portrait orientation. This was then adhered behind the stamped piece.
The second card we made really showed off the two-step stamping that the A Touch of Ink stamp set does. We used Basic Gray to stamp all of the outline images, and then came back with the ‘filler’ stamps to add colour. Two-step stamping is a fantastic feature of photopolymer stamps because you can literally see through the stamps to line up the two layers.
Sale-a-Bration is quickly coming to an end. Sunday 28th February is the last day you can place a qualifying order and earn this stamp set, or one of the other awesome free items. As always, you can shop online and simply choose me as your Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator. Alternatively, message me directly and I’ll help you place the order: megantearemade@gmail.com.
Happy crafting x
